FOR FACULTY

New York Law School is ready to make arrangements to enable Tulane and Loyola faculty or administrators to work from New York Law School, with (modest) office space, phone, computer and library services. If interested, please contact Associate Dean Stephen Ellmann at sellmann@nyls.edu or by phone at 212.431.2392.

FOR STUDENTS

New York Law School will accept 2L and 3L students from Tulane Law School and Loyola Law School (New Orleans) as visiting students for the fall semester, and if needed, for the full year.  We have not put a maximum on the number of students we will accept, and we hope to be able to accommodate students as needed.

Tuition Waived

If the student has already paid tuition to the home school, we will not charge tuition.  If the student has not yet paid, we will work with the student and the home school to arrange for tuition to be paid to the home school. (New York Law School has waived the application fee for Tulane and Loyola New Orleans students.)

How to Apply

We encourage students to contact us as soon as possible, but no later than September 15, 2005. After September 15, we will work with students on an individual basis.  Our classes began on August 22.

 Law Review Membership

We would be happy to have students who are members of the law review at these schools join our Law Review as interim members, and/or work with them in publishing their own law journals.
